IT Support Engineer at Etech Global Services with 4+ years resolving Tier 1 & 2 escalations — from Active Directory chaos to network misconfigurations at 3 AM.

Actively transitioning into DevOps & Cloud. Grinding through KodeKloud's full DevOps path, IBM's DevOps Professional Certificate, and building toward AWS SAA, CKA, and Terraform certifications by mid-2026.
